Important safety information
Completing the assessment available through the Kurea website does not by itself create a clinician-patient relationship or guarantee a prescription. Kurea connects patients with independent U.S.-licensed healthcare providers who follow clinical protocols designed to support patient safety. The information provided in the assessment helps determine whether an individual may be eligible for Quattro. A licensed provider will review the patient’s health information and independently determine whether treatment is appropriate.
Quattro is a compounded oral prescription treatment that may be considered for eligible adults experiencing erectile dysfunction. Individual results may vary and may be affected by adherence to the treatment plan and the provider’s recommendations. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. The decision to prescribe a compounded medication is based on the licensed provider’s independent medical judgment following review of the patient’s medical history and telehealth assessment.
Prospective patients should speak with their provider about the specific risks and benefits of compounded medication. Kurea does not manufacture, compound, prescribe, or dispense medications. If prescribed, Quattro is prepared and dispensed by an independent licensed pharmacy and may differ in appearance from images displayed on the website.
Medical provider partners

Every pharmacy in our network is licensed in the states where it dispenses, accredited by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), board-certified, and LegitScript-approved.
