Refund, Cancellation, Shipping & Returns Policy
Effective date: August 23, 2026
This Refund, Cancellation, Shipping & Returns Policy applies to one-time purchases, automatically renewing subscriptions, prepaid multi-cycle plans, and other treatment or service plans purchased through Kurea.
Subscription Services
A treatment plan begins only after a licensed provider approves the prescription and the applicable payment is successfully processed. The plan type, supply amount, billing interval, initial charge, renewal amount, and renewal timing shown at checkout govern the purchase. Prepaid plans are charged in full at the beginning of the disclosed period. Any per-cycle or monthly-equivalent amount is provided for comparison and is not an installment-payment schedule unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Prescription medication is provided only when independently approved by a licensed healthcare provider. Completing an intake or entering payment information does not guarantee medical eligibility, treatment, a prescription, a particular medication or any result.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel future subscription renewals through the patient portal, when available, or by emailing contact@kureacare.com.
To avoid the next charge, your cancellation request must be received at least 72 hours before the next billing date. Requests received later may take effect after the upcoming renewal.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not cancel or refund the current paid period, shorten a prepaid plan, recall medication already submitted to the pharmacy, or create a prorated refund for unused time, services, doses, or medication. After cancellation, you may continue to receive services or medication associated with the current paid period, subject to provider instructions, pharmacy processing, safety, law, and treatment availability.
Medical Disqualification
If a licensed provider determines during the initial medical review that you are not medically eligible for the requested treatment, you will not be charged for medication. If an initial medication charge has already been captured, it will be refunded in full.
General Refund Rules
Except for initial medical disqualification or where required by law, Kurea does not provide refunds merely because a plan is canceled. Prepaid plans are generally non-refundable after the applicable charge has been processed and services or pharmacy fulfillment have begun. Cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not create a refund for unused portions of the current prepaid period.
Non-refundable circumstances include change of mind, lack of use, missed appointments, failure to complete intake questions or requested forms, delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information, failure to follow Provider instructions, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to achieve a desired outcome.
Subscription charges cover access to clinical review, Provider services, administrative support, technology, pharmacy coordination, and other services included in the selected plan. Once those services have begun, fees are generally non-refundable.
If a discretionary refund is approved, it applies only to the most recent billing cycle. Prior billing cycles are not refundable.
Prescription Medication
Prescription medications generally cannot be returned to a pharmacy for reuse or resale after they have been dispensed or shipped. Accordingly, Kurea cannot guarantee a refund after a medication order has been submitted to the dispensing pharmacy, prepared, dispensed, shipped, or delivered.
Cancellation does not recall or stop a prescription that has already entered pharmacy processing. Contact Kurea promptly if you need assistance, but stopping an order cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Medication
Inspect medication immediately after delivery. Do not use medication that appears damaged, defective, tampered with, incorrect, or different from what your Provider prescribed.
Contact contact@kureacare.com promptly and retain the medication, packaging, shipping label, and any temperature-control materials. Photographs or other documentation may be required.
The dispensing Pharmacy will review the issue and determine whether replacement is appropriate. Kurea may assist with communication but does not manufacture, compound, dispense, or independently replace prescription medication.
What the Subscription Price Includes
The price displayed at checkout is the amount charged for the selected plan. For prepaid plans, the full plan total is charged upfront. Any per-cycle or monthly-equivalent amount is displayed only to explain the effective price and is not an installment-payment schedule unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Included services may vary by plan, location, clinical eligibility, provider determination, pharmacy availability, and applicable law.
Charges will appear as KUREACARE on your card statement.
Shipping & Delivery
Medication is shipped only after a licensed provider determines that treatment is clinically appropriate and issues a valid prescription.
An independent licensed pharmacy prepares, dispenses, and ships the prescription.
Delivery estimates begin after pharmacy processing and shipment, not when the customer starts the intake.
Most shipments from the current dispensing pharmacy are expected to arrive within 2–3 business days after shipment, but timing is not guaranteed and may vary by location, carrier, pharmacy processing, weather, or other circumstances.
Customers receive tracking information by email or text when available.
Shipping is included in the subscription price.
Contact contact@kureacare.com promptly regarding a delayed shipment, tracking that has stopped updating, or a package marked delivered but not received.
Kurea may coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy and carrier, but replacement decisions involving prescription medication remain subject to pharmacy review, applicable law, and the circumstances of the shipment.
Relationship to Other Terms
The Kurea Terms of Service, checkout disclosures, and any payment authorization presented when you enroll also apply. You remain responsible for charges associated with services already provided, Provider review already completed, and medication already ordered or dispensed.
